Hi, suddenly my new S6 egde plus won’t charge either by cable or by charger and computer can find it only when the device in download mode. please help, it it the charging port or the charging circuit ?? UPDATE: when the device off, using wireless charger gives flashing battery icon on screen but not charging. thank you in advance Hamdy Khader
If you still have warranty for the phone get the phone replaced or serviced for warranty. Otherwise you are looking at either a faulty battery or not much else you can do.
