Hi, I’ve had 2 iPhone 7s sat for a long time without being charged etc, replaced the screen of one obviously disconnecting the battery etc first. Plugged it in to test it and the screen flickered on but I didn’t notice if anything come up and now it’s been left on charge but isn’t coming on.. am I right in thinking the battery is dead as it’s been left depleted ?
It is most likely the batteries. You would need to rule them out before diagnosing any further.
