Chosen Solution

So I had a iPhone 6 come in absolutely ebliterated no screen and damage to battery etc. I have replaced the carcus and added a front screen I understand that the Touch ID will never work again. There was no physical damage to the motherboard it wasn’t bent or anything like that. I replaced the whole phone basically and it was looping, so I put it in recovery mode to restore it thinking that would work but kept getting error 4005. Now I can’t get it out of recovery mode and it won’t restore any one experienced this before and if so what was the solution? Thanks in advance

Well, if the phone was obliterated…chances are the logic board is damaged. Just because it looks okay doesn’t mean it hasn’t sustained damage. Have you tried these ideas?
