not turn on the screen, I have full voltage, the hard drive works, the sound it makes when you turn the cpu is heard. No lights turn on at all. Where is the problem? I appreciate your support. regards ricardo
Connect an external monitor - if you see no image there the problem most likely is your GPU/Video Card. If you see a normal image the problem is in the internal display chain. controller, back light, cable or the display itself. If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it.
