I was fixing an iPhone 6 today with bad lcd and during the repair the screen stopped working on the phone. I then tested a fully functional screen on the device and it didnt turn on, afterwards i put the bad screen on a working iphone 6 and the screen worked as well as the other. How can i fix it so that the device that neither screens work on can work

It sounds like the backlight circuit may have been damaged when you replaced the screen. Did you disconnect the battery prior to disconnecting the LCD connection? Try the following: Is your phone identified by iTunes when you plug a Lightning cable to a iTunes enabled computer?Shine a bright flashlight on the screen. Can you see a dim image This will point towards a backlight circuit issue. It is usually a blown backlight filter. This requires micro-soldering. If you don’t have the proper tools or experience, then consider finding a reputable shop that does micro-soldering repairs.
