hi, all. I have a note 5. I replaced the LCD on it for a customer and a few months later it turned off and didn’t turn back on. I opened the phone and it turned on everything works great but as soon as I put the screws on it doesnt turn on. any ideas why?
@hamied sounds like it gets shorted out. Check all your screws to ensure they are appropriate for where they go. Check the traces on the board around the screw holes for damage. You’ll need a microscope for that.
make sure they are the correct sizes, i.e dont mix up S3-S5 screws with S6-S7 screws some pictures here of the length of each and what happens if you mix them up . https://smashedit.co.nz/dont-mix-samsung…
