Chosen Solution
Hi guys, so i have a notebook Sony Vaio PCG-71911X and after it drops on the floor, died (Not even showing led charging). I tried to solve without success, but 2 months ago when i pluggled in the charger again, turned on and i didn’t know why, but after i turned off and removed and pluggle battery again, died. So today, happened the same thing, i pluggled the charger, notebook turned on and after i turned off, died again. Can someone help find what’s the problem? Thank you.

What you want is just after 4:31 minutes: Unplug power supply and take out battery first. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuzWg24X… Likely battery is defective but open it up and look at the battery connectors for any possible bending or breaking from the fall.
