Chosen Solution
I replaced the charging connector cable on my Galaxy s6 now it does not power on. At first screen flashed like it wanted to power on then dies. I charged it red led goes green when fully charged, try turning on nothing. Blue status led flashes…but phone does not turn on. Any thoughts what can it be?
Yep screen got physically damaged after lifting it up to replace the charging daughter board. I generally lift up the charging board, shield the surrounding components carefully and replace the charging port using a rework station with soldering.
