Yesterday my detachable keyboard was working fine (came with the RCA Viking Pro in the manufacturer box), now the space bar won’t work (only once in a very great while) and the “L” key would open the calendar occasionally.I have the HDMI box checked and it is only 7 days old out of the box.
Hi, There is a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the product. Verify the purchase date on the proof of purchase receipt then follow the instructions contained in the warranty statement as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or refund.
