Spouse overloaded machine with too many small rugs. Got OE error code, reset and tried again, now pump doesn’t drain and drum will not spin even with machine empty. Is there a reset button or similar somewhere? Tried turning off power but no improvement
@pamaplej if it is stuck in the cycle you should cancel the cycle by pressing the Pause/Cancel button twice. Make sure that your control lock is disabled. If the CONTROL LOCKED light is lit, press and hold the DRAIN/SPIN button until this light turns off. After pressing the Pause/Cancel button a second time, start a Drain/Spin cycle to drain the washer and then start a new cycle.
