so last year on 25th February ,I got this ipod 6th generation.the colour is rose gold. For a couple of days it hasnt been turning on properly and if i charge it -it stays on red!like ive tried a billion chargers, i’ve reseted it 3 times and its so fustrating!once the battery dies it takes so long to charge.ive got it connected now and it takes ages!! please help me
It’s still covered under warranty. Let Apple fix it for free! Consider taking out an additional 2 year Apple Care warranty. I recommend this on any product that fails within the first year.
