microsoft sent me a link i taped into the link it did not work so what do i do. i have restarted my laptop, i also did everything you have asked me to do. is there something i might have missed if so please tell. Update (08/21/2021) i have a dell inspiron pc laptop 1500 serious model / 1545. the camera on my laptop was working fine, i turned it on today and it went on then came up as error. microsoft sent me a link, still nothing i feel link i want to chunk my laptop across the room. i have gone through all the steps, what should i do.
Hi @gilbertg, What is the status of the camera as shown in Device Manager? Go to Device manager > Camera > click on the > symbol to expand the list if necessary > right click on camera entry > Properties > General tab Device status box.
