So apparently this is a common issue with iphone 7/7plus. Is there a kit on iFixit that will repair this issue. I’m able to make calls using a bluetooth headset, but that’s not ideal. Thanks
Yes, it is a relatively common failure and no, there isn’t any kit to fix it as it’s a logic board repair. To have a minimal chance to fix it, one would need tools that would be worth quite a bit more than the phone itself, let aside dexterity and knowledge to avoid trashing the iphone while attempting the repair. Your best chance is to find a repairer in your area.
