Chosen Solution
I was trying my first RAM replacement, purchased the Philips #00 Screwdriver shown on the guide, and everything worked fine until one screw, which has now stripped to the point where it is not usable. Looking at the RAM guide, it is the second screw on the bottom row. Thanks in advance!
