My iphone 6 has a long time problem with the display, some time it turns on when I pressed the power/home button but some time it doesn’t, while the sound and touch id all still works normally, so I suspected that it’s just a loosen cable problem. So I opened the phone and unplug and replug the cables, but then I broke one of the screw holes when I try to put back everything, and now I can’t turn on my phone. Some searching shows that the screw hole that I broke was responsible for the power supply. How do I fix this?

If you had a good microscope and excellent microsoldering skills you could rebuild traces that got damaged..it’s not a DIY job, either you’re a pro or you’ll have to find someone do it for you.

This is known as long screw damage. The traces underneath the logic board have been torn off by the screw, and now the phone is missing vital traces. This can be fixed by a microsolderer, but is a more of an expensive fix.
