there is anyway how to fix these problem ,my phone wont turn on. I can’t recovery my pictures even when I plug it to pc I can’t put my password black screen .

How was this standoff broken? Was it because you tightened the screw too much and it broke off? You may have severely damaged your logic board as there are copper traces that run beneath that standoff and they can be damaged by putting in a longer screw or breaking the standoff. This is called Long-Screw Damage. This would require a micro-soldering repair so you will need to find a reputable shop that does this.
