has online verison update needs to be done but when i press download package its says file transfer error and download failed what do i need to do please?
Hi, Can you access the internet from your Tab? It may be that the error message means either you cannot access the internet or if you can access the internet the internet address that the tab seeks for system downloads, updates etc is unavailable (shut down perhaps) for some reason.
