I have samsung galaxy tab 5 . My problem is like it my tab is charged but cannot open when I charge my tab that time I cane switch on that time sow me battery % if I get 70% babattery , then if I discontent charger after some sec tab will be off then battery % is 0 , after then if I charge again , battrry % is same before like 70% actually what is the problem ?
Hi, It seems as though the battery is failing to hold its’ charge. You may have to replace the battery. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span. You’re sure its a tab 5? I’ve never heard of this model. Sounds like its a faulty battery based on your description.
