Chosen Solution

I already looked trough the question but my problem doesn’t seems to be reported by someone else. If I put the earphones all the way in the jack only one earphone works (the left one) but if on 3/4 both works… Using the bose soundsport for android but I don’t have that problem on my ipod touch… Any clue? @papyours this sound like a bad headphone jack. I’d replace the audio jack. Follow this guide. The part is available at multiple places, depending on your geographic location.

Have you tried a different set of earbuds? It really sounds like one of your ear buds is broken so try a different pair or a pair of headphones. Hope this Helps!

There is issue with setting of sound. No issue with hardware. Do one thing reset all audio profile to default. Recheck internal sound setting for jack as it is working fine with ipod touch.

I think so too… Seems like I damaged the flat cable while changing the back case… :( I’m from europe but Ifixit on Facebook told me about powerbookmedic and they are very cheap oO
