Solved Only One Light Bulb Works On A Two Bulb Light Fixture Light Fixture

I have changed out the bulbs, but one will flicker sometimes but it never stays on. Can it be fixed, or should I replace the fixture.

Open it up and check for loose wires. Use a multimeter to test for continuity.
