When plugged into ac or using battery alone the unit only plays in mono (no stereo) and the volume fades to nothing after a few minutes. What should I look for.
@caveman61 ould be an issue with the power amp or any other device on the PCB. Disassemble your Sound dock and take a good look at the board. See if you find anything charred or otherwise odd looking. Post a couple of good images the board with your question so we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
