when press the power on the mobile name comes out but not to open
First try removing the battery and holding the power button for 20 sec then reinstall the battery and try to start the phone if this doesnt work try a hard reset. to do this follow these instructions http://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsun… remember when you do a hard reset you will lose all your data like pictures music apps and contact info.
