Hello, I have got an iPhone 8 that has a loudspeaker (at the bottom) that doesn’t produce any sound. Only the top speaker makes sound. I replaced the loudspeaker with another loudspeaker bought online; this didn’t fix the issue. I already restored the iPhone, factory reset, etc. I have attempted to change the left/right channel audio balance via Accessibility settings, I have tried basically every software solution out there. Despite this, the bottom speaker doesn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It is not the speaker you need to replace. You will need to replace the charge port assembly as it has the audio lines that go to the speaker. This is the first part to replace when the bottom speaker is not working.
