Hello My friends daughter has a Toshiba Satellite Pro A300 from 2009. She has forgotten her password so now the laptop is impossible to open. I have tried to put a password in three times and again three times and it should come up with a System Disabled number, but instead it closes down. It´s arranged with a Phoenix Trusted Core (tm) Setup Utility and came with Windows Vista Can anybody help me ?
I responded to your question on my A300 Disassembly Guide. Did that not work?
