About two weeks ago my laptop started to flicker a lot so I shut it down and started it back up to a black screen. I followed some of your site suggestions and got the screen back up again. Works great but I notice when adjusting my laptop lid my screen would just go black. I now don’t open and close the lid because it will do it again. Anyone have idea what’s wrong ?
Disconnect the battery following this guide: MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013 Battery Replacement stoping at Step 6. Now carefully lift the display cable clip wire so you can inspect the connection and the connector.
Also check the cabled routing to the hinge is the cable damaged?
