Chosen Solution
I want to open the case of my AM3400-U2052 without a crowbar. So I can have a look around. My sound is sporadic and I suspect a poorly wired socket for the speaker plug or a poorly seated card. But first I have to look under the hood and the case refuses to come off.
Tom Franczak, Normally there will be a couple screws to remove from the back that hold side cover, then slide the cover back a 1/4" to unlock from frame tangs and lift cover off.
