I bought new Macbook Pro 13". But Optical Drive is not working. CD is entering into the drive but the drive is not pulling it. And there is no any sound of drive even if I pass reject button. Seems there is no power of Optical Drive. Is it hardware problem or software?

If warrany go for it Otherwise its common issue You can try opening it up and checking the cable connection But apple cdroms are known to fail

If it is under warranty talk to Apple and send it off to them. You can ship it to them, so it is no problem wherever you live. If there are no service centers in your country they might pay for shipping to the USA. Just call them and see what they say :)
