My Optus X View mobile turns on but the screen looks a bit black, a few lines, a some little boxes.
Hi, Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all? Try starting the phone in safe mode just in case it is a software problem and not a hardware problem. Not sure re your particular model but either with the phone On press and hold the Power button to shutdown and check if an option to restart in safe mode appears or with the phone Off press and hold the Vol.Up button the press the Power button while still holding the Vol up button. Release the Power button when the logo appears but still hold the Vol up button until “safe mode” appears on the screen. If still no good in safe mode, how old is the phone? It seems to be a new release. If so check the warranty and if still valid consult the warranty as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
It doesn’t work ,the screen goes with the writing at top that exactly says, in callobration mode , try not pressing the volume down key while hard pressing power off to turn of
