Device - BLU VIVO 5 Smartphone I have this problem since I bought this phone. When my phone is in loudspeaker or video call, the other person cant hear my voice well - I have to shout out loud, even that doesn’t work. When I talk without speakerphone or video call, there’s no problem hearing me by the other person. I had posted this question before, but it was unanswered so posting again. Thanks for any possible help.

Alright, It’s one of two things. A. The secondary mic(s) which ar normally used for speaker phone aren’t correctly installed, or B. Phone firmware bug. Factory reset should fix this, if not, sending it in for repair will be necessary. Since your phone should be covered under warranty, BLU should repair it for free. First try the factory reset, then contact BLU CS and state your problem, telling them you already tried the factory reset. They’ll replace it or fix it free, except maybe for shipping.
