Every time I load up Google Meet, the back of my laptop keeps reaching hot temperatures. It’s not just a one-time thing, it happens every single day. I’m not sure why this happens but, I’ve done some digging and I found that the battery and everything is located on the back of the screen.
Hi @zeku_ , Not wishing to pry but how many tabs are open at the time on the laptop or how many participants are there when using Meet? Here’s the system hardware requirements for the software - see hardware recommendations According to the specifications that I could find online your model has only 4GB of memory It may be that your PC doesn’t have sufficient memory to cope and it is only coping by utilizing all the resources it can and this creates heat.
