Can’t find any way to get paper out, how do I remove printer
Hi, As you cannot see any jammed paper, I’m wondering if it is not a “mechanical” problem but perhaps a software glitch. Have you tried powering down the register for 5 minutes or so to see if this clears the problem? (Apologies if you tried this already) Here’s a link to the service manual for your machine. Be patient, it takes a little while to find the file. If it is a mechanical problem then: p.21-22 shows how to open the machine. p.43 gives an exploded view of all the parts. p.64 gives an exploded view of the printer mechanism If it is perhaps a software problem: p.3 to view the Diagnostic operation for the register. Hopefully this is of some help.
