This question is mainly for franchises, owners and managers. We have bounced around from vendor to vendor trying to find the perfect balance of quality parts, customer service, shipping, and of course.. PRICE! I know, phone parts go up and down like gas prices. I mainly use Mengtor, because of their attractive pricing.. with that I sacrifice part quality, and probably 10-15% of their screens arrive doa. I was just wanting to get an idea from fellow managers/operators/owners what vendor/vendors you use and prefer and why. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks guys Lee
