When turned on, it is turning off after few seconds.This type of situation is faced everytime when I turn on.
You don’t say so does it do this even with the power supply/charger plugged in? If it still turns off then take out the battery and then plug in the charger. If all works well then your battery is either not charging and/or is defective. Replace it.
