When I’m on FaceTime or calling someone I can hear them perfectly but when I talk they Can’t hear me
Hi Derek, it is possible that the bottom microphone is damaged, saying that, it could also be the top microphone at the front near the ear piece, as I believe that’s used for FaceTime. So both microphones could be damaged, or it could be something worse such as logic board damage.
