Solved People In My Party Game Chat Can T Hear Me But I Can Hear Them Xbox One S

I just bought a new pair of Astro A10’s and i can hear the game and I can hear people in my party/game chat but they can’t hear me. Can someone help me fix this because i’m not able to return them since I opened the box?

Hi @james_113 , Did you check the Audio menu under the System Tab? It should be visible under the Settings option. There is the Mic On/Off option as well as the volume for each channel. Please see what headset icon is visible on the main screen (crossed or not).
