firefox web browser in my win xp pc is crashing while trying to dowload.It happens with ie browser also.i couldnot able to download any thing through browser to computer.please suggest how to rectify

Have you tried downloading with another browser (of course not IE but Chrome for example) ? Then we’re gonna see from where comes the problem :)
