Why am I no longer able to increase the volume of my Philips DVD Home Theater System HTS6600? I can turn it up to maximum volume and it still plays very quietly. I have tried unplugging, giggling cords, etc. It was fine one day and then it just stopped having volume. Update (03/20/2018)

Yes, I usually have them hooked between the sub & tv so I can watch DVD’s. I found a link that noted multiple people having a similar problem and it was the motherboard.
I have the same issue. Help please ! Did anyone figure it out ?
