Ok so I got a 28 dollar screen off of amazon and when I got it I replaced it. I followed all guides and tutorials carefully and kept all my screws organized but now the phone takes about 5 minutes to boot up and the front camera all speakers on the phone and microphones aren’t working as well as the home button not clicking but still reading Touch ID I’ve already opened it up and re connected everything and still the same results. So I’m just wondering if it could be something software wise with the aftermarket display or I could’ve potentially damaged something hardware.

It’s most probably just a coincidence what you are experiencing and it doesn’t depend directly from screen replacement. What you are describing is usually referred to as “audio IC disease” and may appear after the phone gets bumped, as it probably happened leading you to a screen replacement. It’s not a software glitch and there are chances you brick the phone if you try a firmware restore. It can be fixed by an experienced microsolderer but it’s not a DIY repair unfortunately.

Definitely software wise with the aftermarket display or you could’ve potentially damaged something hardware.
