Phone can’t “get"visual voice-mail. Any ideas please. Thank you
Settings –> Reset –> Reset all Settings Settings –> General –> About Settings –> General –> Software update Make sure you update carrier settings if you see the message. Then dial your voicemail manually (usually its press and hold 1). Then go into your voicemail options and reset your voicemail password.
