This phone had been a wonderful service until few days back. After changing SIM it can not recognize the SIM. Shows off line. I think there may be a problem at SIM tray. I had given the set at Nokia service center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. They said they don’t have any spare parts available at the moment. How can I fix it. Dr. Ahsan Kabir Consultant Urologist.
Hi, Did you test the phone with different SIM cards, if the problem is the same you need a fix from a service center. Most likely the SIM tray is broken and needs replacement. Regards
