Hello. So I’m trying to figure out what happened to my sisters phone. It crashed and it would get into a boot loop. Every so often it would boot into the lock screen but then instantly crash. So I tried to get into recovery mode and do a factory reset since she had all her photos saved anyway. And now it’s stuck on this screen: http://imgur.com/FYs4nJ2 And I literally can’t do anything. It doesn’t respond to any button presses and if i hold power button it won’t shut down. What could be wrong with it? Should I take it to a professional to fix? How much would it cost???
Opening the phone requires removing the back cover glass which is a bit hard to do as it has adhesive to keep it on the back housing. Also there is a risk of chipping the paint decal finish on the glass because there is some adhesive on the front display frame that attaches to some of the glass on the edges which are the corners of the glass screen.
maybe the volume button is stuck, when it crashed try put pinset/clip to the side of the volume button and pulled it up on both ends if not working ->open your casing with screw ->check the volume button position hope it can help you
