I have an iPhone 6 plus that was working fine. It was low on batteries so I went to charge it. After returning to my phone, it wouldn’t turn on and is completely dead. I went to check to see if it was battery, still didn’t turn on, replaced screen, still no luck, replaced charger portal, still no luck. The guy helping me with my phone says that it probably internal. Can this still be fixed with it having to go to apple store?

Small parts, including batteries, ports etc. are notoriously hit or miss. The parts you have tried may have been defective as well. Do you have known-good parts or another working iPhone 6 where you can test the parts? If you are confident that the parts are good, then yes, your logic board may have a defective Tristar IC. This requires micros-soldering skills and is not a DIY repair. Unless you are under warranty or AppleCare, Apple will only offer you a OOW replacement. Look for a shop that does micro-soldering repairs.
