my friend dropped his phone from 3 floors. the housing is completely broke and bent not sure if logic board is damaged.(lcd not cracked) but phone didnt turn on. later i opened it up to find out that the charging flex, mic etc connector was broken so i tried charging it with a wireless charger. still no sign i am ordering a new housing and flex connector but still cant find a definite reason as to why the phone isnt turning on. is it possible that becuase of the flex connector broken.the phone isnt turning on? any relation? i believe it holds the antenna lines too maybe its the screen…. but i kept it on wireless charge for half an hour and tried the reset keys and played with the silent up and down key. still no life what to do please guide me dear gurus
It likely has damage to motherboard. It has a split board that is soldered together on the outside by small contacts. It the board was it that hard and the frame was bent it probably bent the motherboard and damaged the contacts. Look at the board when you take it out and see if it looks physical damaged. It can still be damaged even if it looks ok. My might need to take it to a shop that does microsoldering.
