Hi, My phone fell off my boat and was under for about a minute before I managed to dive in and get it… Shows no signs of life, not even connected to a power source. Any possibility I can save it? Thanks Dennis
Open the phone up immediately and rinse off with fresh water. Then clean the board and connectors with 90% Isopropyl ALcohol and let dry for 2-3 days in a container with rice, and keep your fingers crossed. Your chances of saving the phone decrease the longer you leave the salt water inside the phone to eat away and corrode the components. Good Luck.
