My phone got dropped in soapy water. I was checking a notification while I was washing the dishes, and my phone got dropped. My screen is now glitching green. I plan on leaving it in rice for 2 days… but are there any further measures I can take to help fix my phone? I’m really worried because I just got it recently. Thanks in advance! :)
Leaving it in rice DOES NOT work, especially with a well sealed phone like iPhone X. You have to disassemble the phone, clean the board and the display module. If you insist, remove the SIM tray to let air go through before you put it in rice.
