Phone was slow and sluggish. I emptied about 4,000 ]pictures & vids off but it was slill the same. I tried factory reset and wiped the cache but, it’still stuck on it no matter how many times I reset and start it. Is the motherboard fried
Hi, Your phone is probably in what is known as “bootloop”. There is a way to recover from this but read and consider the disclaimer contained in the following link which describes how to resolve the problem. http://www.droidviews.com/restore-your-m… If you do not feel comfortable about doing it , DON’T. Take it to a repair centre and see if they will do it.
