why does my phone go straight to message bank with out ringing

Hi,

  1. Is your phone in flight mode? If not, have you got a network signal and can you make an outgoing call ?
  2. Check your call divert settings Go to Menu > Settings > Call > Divert Incoming Calls and check the setting.
