My S6 had once for a whole week couldn’t access the network then functioned normally. After that I couldn’t make calls or send messages then it just went off while it was on charge via USB on my desktop. Please assist as my phone is just 5 months old
The best option in this case may be to go through your carrier’s warranty process to obtain a new phone, especially if it is completely unresponsive. Is the device being recognized by a computer? You can also try a soft or hard reset as well. I hope one of these helps!
