My phone has white lines going through it but it still works fine and also it will screenshot by itself and turn off by itself and ask to shut down by itself my phone is messed up please help
You most likely have a damaged screen assembly. If you have dropped or physically damaged the device over time, you could consider replacing the screen. You will find the repair guide here.
