So recently I update my iPhone to the 11.0.3 , ever since then my phone freezes and just recently my phone has started to get really hot while charging and playing music. I’ve heard other people’s phones have been freezing on them since the new update. But what’s got me confused is the overheating issue. What could be the issue and what should I do?
I haven’t heard of this issue before but then again, iOS 11.0.X has been very problematic with the iPhone 6S. If you are confident that nothing has happened (drops, impacts, repairs, water) to your phone prior to or since upgrading, then you may just have to wait out until iOS 11.1 comes out. According to this website, Apple is still signing the iOS10.3.3 version so you should be able to downgrade your phone.
